Kajae

At The Executive’s Cup, we’re proud to partner with companies that lead with purpose, and Kajae, founded by Garrett Blood, is one of them. Kajae connects U.S. businesses with skilled professionals from developing countries, helping people move from poverty to the middle class in as little as 60 days. Founded in 2021, the company was built on a simple belief that talent is everywhere but opportunity isn’t. Garrett’s vision was inspired by his time abroad, where he saw talented people without access to fair work. Kajae bridges that gap with care, fairness, and long-term growth for its people. We’re excited to have Garrett and Kajae join The Executive’s Cup community, reminding us that real leadership means combining success with impact.

At The Executive’s Cup, we take pride in partnering with organizations that do things differently:  the ones that blend business success with genuine purpose. One of those partners is Kajae, a fast-growing global staffing company founded by Garrett Blood, whose story and mission have inspired our entire community.

This partnership goes far beyond a logo or a banner on the course. It’s about shared values: leadership, connection, and creating opportunities that make an impact both locally and globally.

The Story Behind Kajae

Kajae started with a simple yet powerful idea: talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t.

Founded in 2021, the company helps U.S. businesses connect with top-tier professionals from developing countries. These are individuals who are smart, skilled, and ready to make a difference when given the chance.

What makes Kajae different is its heart. The name itself is personal, a blend of Garrett’s children’s initials (K + J) and the Jamaican word Kajae, meaning “Gift from God.” That sense of purpose shows up in everything they do.

Garrett’s time living abroad in Mexico and Asia opened his eyes to an enormous gap: people with incredible skill sets working tirelessly but without access to the same economic opportunities found in the U.S. Rather than accept that as the norm, he built a business to bridge the gap, one that now changes lives every single day.

A Mission That’s Changing Lives

Kajae’s goal is bold: help people move from poverty to the middle class in just 60 days.

That might sound ambitious, but it’s working. The company hires and supports elite professionals across the world, from accounting and finance to marketing, operations, and customer service, and matches them with growing American companies that need trustworthy, full-time remote talent.

They don’t just connect people and walk away. Kajae invests in training, wellness, community, and long-term growth. Employees receive competitive wages, access to healthcare, and ongoing mentorship. It’s not outsourcing; it's an opportunity with a heartbeat.

At The Executive’s Cup, our goal has always been to build something deeper than a tournament. It’s about bringing together high-performing leaders, founders, investors, and executives who believe in growth, connection, and doing business with intention.

That’s why Kajae fits right in. Garrett’s vision mirrors the same energy that drives our players and sponsors: using business as a force for good, leading with purpose, and creating real value in every relationship.

When you meet Garrett, you immediately understand why this partnership works. He’s approachable, sharp, and driven by impact. He talks about people, not just numbers, and you can tell that Kajae’s success comes from that mindset.

We’re excited to have Garrett Blood and the Kajae team joining us this season as official partners of The Executive’s Cup. Their story adds a global layer to our growing community and reminds us what leadership really looks like: vision with empathy.

If you’re attending one of our upcoming tournaments or socials, keep an eye out for Garrett on the course or around the clubhouse. He’s always up for a great conversation about business, global opportunity, or, like most of us, a good drive down the fairway.

To Garrett and the entire Kajae team, thank you for partnering with The Executive’s Cup and for showing what happens when purpose meets performance. Your story inspires not just our members but anyone who believes in creating something meaningful.

Here’s to continuing to build connections, open doors, and drive change together.
